This wine comes across as quite simple and lacking in presentation. The nose is shy, offering subtle aromas of yellow and white fruits, with faint hints of cheese, cream, and bread. On the palate, it is clean but feels very young and underdeveloped. Given that it has been resting in the bottle for 2 years, and with its low acidity, its potential for further development seems limited. However, it does possess a slight chalky quality in the finish, which adds a touch of interest.
