Light and an easygoing blend of Enfariné Noir and Gamay. When poured, it was funky and not well-balanced. But give it some time to open up. Cranberry, sweat, dried herbs and vanilla. Maybe a bottle variation, but this one is less sophisticated and less balanced. Still a beautiful choice.

A wonderful light blend of Enfariné Noir and Gamay. Initially, it was full of cranberry and animalistic hints to the point that it was overly crazy. But 30 minutes of aeration makes a miracle. Cranberry, dried herbs, animal touch, vanilla. Sophisticated and still quaffable, almost perfectly balanced with wonderful texture.
