Côtes du Jura Les Lumachelles Rouge

As far as I understand, this is a blend of Trousseau and Ploussard (despite what the importer counter-label says). In any case, a good showcase of Trousseau giving more intensity and volume. Dried red berries, dark mulberry, salami and smoked cheese. Curious stuff. Well-balanced, juicy and horizontally voluminous. In the mouthfeel, there are plenty of bitter herbs mixed with dried berries. Delicate and tasty. Unique taste with slightly off ethanol.
