During a small tasting with those new to Champagne, I opened this bottle to showcase some development, intensity, and oxidation as a contrast to the entry-level, young bottles we had tried. Despite being easy to understand and delicious, it offers a satisfying level of complexity, making it an impressive choice for the tasting (I mean, folks were impressed hehe).
