3.6It's a story about a journey in the apple orchard. You gather a bunch of fruits, cut them and extract all the seeds. Since no sane person eats the fruit itself, you throw it away and feast upon the precious seeds. Hehe. This is what Mythos is all about. Oily, mineral, and apple-seedy. Not complex, flat, yet somehow confident and pretentious. Obviously overpriced.
About
20 years old vines. 30 days classic open top mesh fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Basked pressed. Aged for 10 month in new French oak. Racking into an used red pièce to add extraordinary flavours. 275 bottles produced.
