Ephemeral and sophisticated bouquet - strawberry stew, animal notes, forest floor, and burnt matches (in a good way, somewhere on the background). Light bodied, quaffable and delicious, perfectly balanced with flavours of wild strawberry with great VA touch and long spicy finish. Beautiful.
