This beverage presents a delightful balance of funky and murky characteristics with a slight effervescence. It's refreshingly unpretentious, making it exceptionally easy to drink and enjoy. The palate reveals notes reminiscent of mors and fruit stew, enhanced by subtle hints of damp earth and barnyard. Fresh and delicious, this drink offers a truly relaxing experience.
And I repeated it. Dangerously quaffable, what can I say? A lovely brett touch at the beginning combined with fizziness. Raspberry, cherry, underbrush, violets and a touch of VA. Lovely wine.
It's always a pleasure to open up a bottle of Chin Up. A wonderful expression of Cinsault - delicate and light. Easy to drink and easy to enjoy. Raspberry, cherry, violets and earthy notes. Gonna repeat it for sure.
