This wine is puffy, generous, and undeniably friendly. The yeasty nose offers inviting aromas of toast, cheese, candied fruit, flowers, peach, and a hint of cream. It's effortlessly enjoyable, with a palate that's puffy, round, and full of flavour. The mousse is powerful yet charming, carrying the tasting experience through to a long aftertaste with a touch of cider. While it might not be overly complex, it is certainly a pleasure to drink.
