This wine presents a unique blend of white plum, bread, lemon, hazelnut, sunflower seeds, and a touch of honey. It resembles a fresh, bubble-free Champagne, with pronounced salty and mineral qualities. Its demanding style is offset by its deliciousness, making for a compelling experience.

Always a sure bet. Rye bread covered in butter (no spread for you, haha), yellow apple, lemon, tilia honey and sunflower seeds. Salty mineral mouthfeel with a long aftertaste.
