It's always hard to rate wines like this, especially when you taste them openly. For the record, I have no reverence towards Serragghia, and I tried my best to prescind from the label.
So what's inside the glass? A well-made funky muscat-driven orange with long maceration. Fruit-driven and fun to drink, friendly thanks to catchy features. Quality is what makes it stand out.
Dried apricot, flowers, bitter herbs, sea breeze and hair spray. A case where VA is well integrated and works on lifting complexity and freshness. Good texture and volume with long aftertaste and flavours of zest and orange-flavoured ascorbic acid candy.
