The grapes are crushed and lightly pressed before clarification and cool fermentation. Fermentation happens at cool temperatures in French oak barrels.

The wine offers an intense bouquet characterized by yellow fruits, butter, vanilla, and citrus. While not particularly complex, this tasting revealed a notable lack of acidity compared to previous experiences. It presents as almost full-bodied, with a heavy and bright profile, yet is somewhat challenging to drink. The primary concern is a lack of balance, though it remains a decently crafted wine considering its price point.

Absolutely up to expectations. It has an explosive bouquet of banana, ripe melon, vanilla, butter and limoncello (except for the warm ethanol sensation). Round and actually interesting palate. Aye, it's vulgarly sweet. But it has good and friendly acidity to give at least some idea of freshness, at least at the beginning. And what amazes me the most - it has some minerality. The aftertaste is not that long but has flavours of green apricot, green melon, lime and river pebbles.
