Clàssic Penedès Brut Nature Reserva

In my opinion, it's not fair to rate 'survived wines' as they are mostly spoiled. But this particular wine is damn good despite getting out of hell. Brioche, butter, white flowers, and citrus. Voluminous and well-balanced. Lacks a little bit in bubbles, but it's not a real problem. Heck, it's so tasty that we cracked two bottles.
