Chablis 1er Cru Butteaux

A rich and sophisticated bouquet of tilia honey, flintstone, gunpowder, baked apples and white flowers. Fresh with crunchy acidity, but overall round and persistent. Flavours of yellow fruits, white pepper, honey and flint. Nice wine. I only wish we opened it in a more clear state of mind, hehe.
