One more source of novelties. Mauvais Temps is a blend of Fer Servadou, Gamay, Pinot Noir and Negret de Banhars. Shame, but it is closed and not balanced. Plum, cranberry, spices and mushrooms. I am not fond of licking a cat's tongue, so this dry green tannin disturbs me. And it's too bitter. Nice minerality combined with spices, but it's not enough. Overall, it's an overpriced wine with some complexity, but it's not put together.
