This wine impresses with its blend of delicacy and sophistication, perfectly balancing good fruitiness and moderate acidity for a juicy, velvety palate that enhances its drinkability. It exudes charming aromas of smoke, red fruits, compote, red flowers, underbrush, raw meat, and spices. Its multilayered complexity and lengthy, flavourful finish mark it as a standout choice showing depth and nuances.
Reflecting on over a year-old notes, this once ugly duckling has gracefully morphed into a charming beauty. The bouquet entertains with a spicy dance of black pepper, red flowers, small cherries, raw meat, and a hint of forest floor. It's an easy companion to the palate - delicate, juicy, and wholly appetizing with a light-bodied demeanor. The mineral touch is well-integrated, adding to the allure rather than distracting. A delightful turn of events.
Hehe, people warned me that this wine is not good. I've tasted two bottles: one was slightly fizzy, the other was good. My review is based on the better bottle. Reductive notes (we used the 'bearded man who shat himself' phrase), ascorbic candy, cherry, and raw meat. On the palate, it's elegant, fresh and overall easy-going and pleasant.
