Objectively, it’s a well-made Rosato. Subjectively, not my cup of tea. It has an unpleasantly heavy and perfumed aftertaste that I notice from time to time in white and light rosé wines. I can’t describe it, though.
Easy bouquet of white cherry (not wild), rose water, lychee and underripe peach. Initially, it was full of volcano breath, but these reductive notes quickly fade (in case you despise them). Good acidity. Subjectively, it lacks spine and focus.
