Haha, this is just a joy to drink—pure fun in a glass. The nose is intense and lively, bursting with citrus, peach, apricot, mirabelle plum, almonds, tea, and a hint of calendula. On the palate, there’s a slight fizz, but it’s playful rather than distracting. A bright acidic structure carries it through to a long, persistent and a bit salty finish with notes of spicy citrus. Energetic, refreshing, and easy to enjoy.
