Bdb Dinner #4. It's always interesting to taste vintage non-dosage Champagne. They say 2010 was a hard year, and here were are despite the odds. Reductive style, elegant and beautiful wine. Lemon tart, oysters, ripe pear, brioche and hints of gorgonzola dolce. Fresh, sharp with evolving aftertaste and flavours of oysters with cheese. Even picante in the finish. Great bargain.
