Wonderful and charming bouquet of cheese popcorn, apple pie, tarragon, sweet herbs, white flowers, oysters, and maritime notes. Vinous, structured, fresh, and mineral. Just a delicious beauty that would be even better had I left it untouched for at least a few more years.

100% Le Mesnil sur Oger? I call it a study case. A delicate and sophisticated bouquet that doesn't reveal much at the beginning. Apples, sweet herbs and white flowers. But with time it reveals more - iodine, pebbles, brioche and wet cellar. Quite vinous with good acidity, volume and a nice mineral aftertaste. Some flavours of brioche, Jerez (?), shells and white flowers. Need to restate.
