Tasted blind. My guess was some entry-level and simple traditional sparkling (like ones of Francois Montand) or a petnat with a twist (like ones of Mtsvane Estate). Anyways, a simple fruit-forward bouquet dominated by peach. Some subtle hints of wet stones, blue cheese and honey. The aftertaste is rather short and thin. It's not complex, but pleasant and easy-going. Price tag? Horrific.
