Blackcurrant, bilberry, jam - a very clean and inviting nose, almost perfumed, with a hint of florality. On the palate, it's seamless: silky, juicy, and smooth. Acidity is low, tannins are dry, and the body is medium.

There's a slightly odd chocolate-coffee finish, along with an echo of old black cherry jam. A curious wine - drinks like a soft, friendly compote, but leaves a surprising weight on the finish. Not complex, but curious for sure.
