100% Chardonnay (Red-Tailed Melon) planted in 1932. The result seems tired enough. It offers a bit restrained bouquet of smeared apples, white peach, bread, oak, and butter. It has a medium body, medium acidity, and minor astringency. Overall, it's a good aperitif. A bit dim and not fascinating, though.
