This wine is a significant step up from the Sfera '20. It boasts a more intriguing nose with ripe cherry, earth, chocolate, and licorice. Despite the higher ABV, the 15% alcohol is well integrated. It is full-bodied and intense, yet maintains a nice balance with decent acidity. It's unpretentious and easy to enjoy, offering a thoroughly satisfying experience (especially when you have food to pair this wine with).
