Ah, what a typical skin-contact Juhfark! Just kidding. I don't know what I am talking about. In any case, this bottle is nice. Orange zest, mountain river, wet pebbles, spices and boiled lemons. Salty, juicy and delicious. Decent balance. The aftertaste is long and evolving.

Juhfark from Slovakia! Two novelties in one bottle. It spent a week on skins. Fermentation and ageing for 8 months in Hungarian oak. Result? It speaks in pebbles and mountain rivers. Oh, and boiled lemons (there is nothing bad about boiling lemons, right?). Salty in the taste. And the aftertaste is long and evolving. Juicy and delicious.
