Wine #3 on Oceania of Time.
A decent macerated blend of Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Grigio. Soaked apples, ginger, rose water, VA, uzvar and pencil shavings. Good tannin, a bit rough. Well made.
About
Kindeli Otoño is a blend of Gewürztraminer (50%), Riesling (40%), and Pinot Gris (10%). Gewurztraminer was fermented on skins for five days in amphora. After pressing, Riesling and Pinot Gris juice is added to the spent skins for a day. The wines are all blended together and age in amphora for several months before being bottled, unfined, unfiltered, and without sulphur.
