What a shame. I remember it as a so much better and interesting wine. This bottle was flabby and empty. Just a slightly fizzy liquid with funky flavours.

Interesting rosé pet-nat. Lots of cherry, chaussons aux pommes, and red flowers. The sparkling aspect is funny because it's rather fizzy in a way that it even bites. Long and fruitful aftertaste with flavours of slightly spoiled wild strawberry. Pleasant, not simple, yet fizziness is troubling.
