This is my first blanc Musar and I am amazed. Notes of hazelnut, spices, juniper, bruised apples, cinnamon, candied fruits, honey, dried pears, wet chalk, and Jerez. I love the way the bouquet unveils more and more. Beautiful on the palate—oily, round, intense, but well balanced. Complex and multilayered. Wonderful. My favourite of the night, although it was a tough choice.
