·@GarageAn incredible wine! It shows nice minerality with all these shells and sea breeze. Complexity is bumped even more thanks to baked apples with almonds and sourdough bread. The final touch is a frame made of lemon. Oh boy, and it's delicious. Almost perfectly balanced; medium-high and pleasantly balanced acidity; bright, long and mineral finish. Lovely.
