This wine embodies everything you'd expect from a slightly aged Meunier. It offers abundant notes of Jerez, mushrooms, red apple skin, fried nuts, and honey. On the palate, it's quite demanding, featuring low dosage, high acidity, and an intense, concentrated profile with a lovely mineral backbone. It's a superb choice, delivering a delicious conclusion to the evening and offering great value.
