I can't say I expected much, but somehow was slightly disappointed (maybe because deep in my heart, I wanted to open a bottle of Brutal Rouge by Matassa). A simple jammy blend of Cab and Shiraz. Herbaceous bouquet with notes of black currant, jammy strawberries and spices. Juicy, a bit heavy, but round. Asks for BBQ.
