It's possible that fatigue influenced my perception, but this wine didn't quite impress me. It's a solid, non-mass-market Champagne, distinguished by a touch of unique character.
The bouquet features white flowers, soaked apples, hints of cider and moonshine, almond, and lemon. On the palate, it's fresh and relatively intense, with subtle notes of honey and red apple adding depth.
Overall, it's a nice wine, though it didn't leave a strong impression on this occasion.
