·@Lo BarA simple traditional sparkling. It's more focused on fruits (like apples and lemons), but it also has a good influence from yeasts - not too toasty, elegant and fresh. I would love it to be more complex for the price, but other than this, it's a decent start to the evening (after a few stouts, of course).
