A delightful and intense Pinot Noir-based blend. Expressive bouquet of lemon, Jerez, cider, bruised apples, and mushrooms. Bony dry, mineral and voluminous, with good balance and persistence. Flavours of raw cashews, Jerez and mushrooms. Complex and interesting bottle.
