Gel I

I hoped that time would improve this wine, but nope. Reading my 6 months old notes on this wine makes me question the source of my hopes. Dull, vague and plain wine with volatile nose full of old apples. Not aggressive at least, just bad.

Typical natural wine, however not as aggressive as it could be, especially having in mind that this is a La Sorga wine. Time is merciful so far. Soaked cabbage, acetone, apples and yeast. Crisp, cider-ish, with soaked apples and pickles in the aftertaste.
