Lemon tart meets meringue, baked apple, and a touch of Jerez. Chill it less and it rewards with a round, generous demeanor. Crisp yet voluminous, it shuns bitterness and Jerez; it cliches for an accessible character. It's a wine that unfolds as the evening rolls on, each sip a bit more telling than the last. It's not an overly complex narrative, but definitely an enjoyable, fresh and generous one.
