It's always interesting to taste older bottles. And you feel age here. A mix of cheese, Jerez, mould, mushrooms and buttered croissants. Any fruits? Just a little, and all of them are well-baked. Stingy acidity at first. It quickly transforms a voluminous and well-balanced mouthfeel. Flavours of iodine, old cellar and Jerez. Interesting bottle. It lacks depth.
