4.0Lovely style. A good balance between funkiness, complexity and approachability. A deliciously charming bouquet of red forest berries, wormwood, chalk, and kōcha kinoko. Juicy and easy to drink.
About
The grapes are harvested by hand with a careful selection. Destemmed and crushed for 3-hour skin contact. The wine is gently pressed, spontaneously fermented and matured for 12 months in used 500-litre wooden barrels (mostly oak, a small part acacia). Unfined, unfiltered, no sulfur added.
