·@BorisAt last, a Gamay without any buts (I am not repeating this obvious joke). You know these chocolate candies filled with cherry and liquor, right? Add some red flowers and hints of VA, and you get this beautiful Fleurie-Poncié. Not overly complicated, but so enjoyable, juicy and well made. Medium body, fresh, and well-balanced. Something to drink bottle after bottle.
