Cuvée Saint-Vincent Chardonnay

Nice and friendly Chardonnay that spent some time in lees and in a barrel. It retained some orchard fruits (hey apples, we like you green) and citrus, and acquired notes of brioche, butter and flint. Good acidity and a mineral touch on the palate. Pleasant experience.
