An interesting rosé 'frizzante' bursting with strawberries, pickles, sauerkraut, yeast and red citrus fruits. Nothing overly complex. Medium acidity. Aftertaste is long and flavourful - grapefruit, Sicilian orange and red berries. Lacks volume.
