Delicious and convincingly masculine doorway into Bourgogne. A charming bouquet of dried cherries, wet leaves, raw meat and peonies. Almost perfectly balanced, round and vivid. Good fruit, good acidity and tannin. It's not simple yet approachable.
Delicious Bourgogne in good shape. A charming bouquet of dried cherries, peonies and raw meat. Almost perfectly balanced, round and vivid. Good fruit, good acidity and tannin. A wine you open to enjoy till the last drop. Not overly complicated, just delicious to drink.
Hard to guess the age here. Only to think that it is 7 years old already! A typical charming bouquet of cherries (slightly dried), peonies, and some raw meat hints. Almost perfectly balanced, round and cheerful. While I love drinking wines without decantation, I think one should aerate this wine for at least 15 minutes to let it open up.
