It is hard to guess Sauvignon Blanc here. And no wonder, as part of this wine spent time in stainless steel tanks, part - in oak barrels, and part - in contact with skins. The result is oxidated and profound. It’s full of bruised apples, bakery, lime and kiwi. It’s fresh and round with nice mineral touch. But unfortunately, its aftertaste is a bit too short. An interesting take on Sauvignon Blanc, yet not for everyone.
