Wine #1 on a blind tasting dedicated to Mythopia.
It was easy to guess Mythopia thanks to the intense and highly reductive bouquet. Lots of boiled cabbage, hibiscus and wet earth. With time it becomes less reductive and wafts with scents of boiled strawberry, blood, cranberry, and soaked tomato. Not a simple bouquet, for sure. Cabbage makes it more complex, but not sure if in a good way. It's dangerously electric like naked wires thanks to VA, racy acids and lack of volume. On the other hand, the fruit is good, the palate is delicate, and the body is medium-light. It could be a great wine, but we caught it during its mental breakdown. A sorry sight.
P.S. At last, a delicious Mythopia for a change.
