Solid Crémant d'Alsace with the expected intensity. Toast with butter, pears, and baked lemon. It has good volume, it's round and delicious. Yes, it's not complex, but friendly and easy to understand. AFAIU, it's a blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris. No other technical information.
