In contrast with previous wine, Dosage Zéro explains the meaning of dryness in sparkling wine. And how it plays with acidity. A slightly restrained bouquet that opens up with notes of fresh almond, white pear and bakery with white chocolate. Delicate and sophisticated (maybe in a bad way). It's fresh with saline notes and a long persistent aftertaste.
