My experience with Gewürztraminer is quite limited, but this particular bottle stands out for its distinctive qualities – the nose reveals an intriguing subtlety, accompanied by a notable influence of MLF. Aromas of kumquat, bread, and pebbles intermingle with hints of white flowers and soaked lilac blossoms. On the palate, it delivers a spicy, oily texture, creating a memorable tasting profile that still IMO lacks depth and freshness.
