And again, it's so joyful to witness other people experiencing wines aged under flor for the first time. It's a love or hate story. And unfortunately, for me, it's the former. So I was happy to taste 'Vin Jaune' from Chardonnay.

Typical bouquet, an explosion of raw nuts, mushrooms, mould, caramel, fresh cucumber, bruised apple, candied lemon zest and pebbles. I love how it evolves over time, revealing more and more. Delicious, almost perfectly balanced with the right volume and freshness. Flavours of citrus mixed with nuts and pebbles. Interesting bottle.
