100% Pineau d'Aunis comes from a 40-year-old parcel. Fruit is fermented on skins in whole bunches for two weeks before being pressed into old barrels to rest for fifteen months.

Blimey! Such a young and seductive Pineau d'Aunis.

At first, it bursts with notes of red apples, Nordic berries and blood. Over the evening, it slowly reveals cookies with red apples, a fistful of red flowers, and crushed peperoncini. Juicy, medium-light, quaffable and sophisticated. The aftertaste is long and leaves a pleasant trace of red fruits and spices.

We tasted this wine slowly, so it was interesting to witness development. If you don't have enough wine and time - decant it. Here we come. Generic advices! Tee-hee.
