A mix of spoiled fruits, stones covered in seawater (salty, you know), butter and shells. Definitely, the bouquet wins over the palate. Delicious yet somehow it felt heavy and not fascinating. Even simple? It focuses on the exterior leaving little inside. And it's jumpy like headcrabs.
Tasted blind and my guess was Sextant, tuned out to be his 'teacher', thought basically it's made by Altaber. Anyways, obvious lees-based bouquet with fruits, butter, yeast, salt and silicon. Well structured, fresh with nice lemon touch in the end. Delicious, well balanced. Although my style, it's too much on the surface.
Tasted on an event organised by Vasyl Kalinichenko.
