4.0Guache mixed with drying paint, pine nuts and apricot jam. Delicious and fruity mouthfeel with a bit of VA. Delicate and fresh. The aftertaste is persistent with a nice evolution. It's a lovely race between fruitiness and acidity. Pleasant flavours of spring flowers and apricot jam. Not very complex.
